Position: Cannabis Transporter
Job: A Cannabis Transporter is primarily responsible for a daily route of deliveries to and from Elevate Cultivation & Manufacturing sites, as well as deliveries to other marijuana establishments. The Cannabis Transporter will coordinate with the Shipping & Fulfillment Manager. The Cannabis Transporter position is a hybrid role that combines driving a delivery vehicle and providing superior customer service all while working in a professional manner with our partnered marijuana establishments. During times when not on the road, the Cannabis Transporter will act as a floater position within the Shipping & Fulfillment Departments.
Shift: 5 day work weeks. (40 hour work weeks)
Pay: 21.00 hourly Paid Bi-Weekly

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Follow Policies & Procedures for daily operations and fully comply with state marijuana regulations
-Provide exceptional services on behalf of Elevate Cannabis
-Provide product delivery service from Elevate Cannabis establishments to other Marijuana establishments
-Ensures the safe transport of product, that manifests are complete with correct information, package quantities, dates, times, and mileage
-Follow assigned routes and secure delivery services with signal checks as required during each route
-Model best-in-class service that consistently exceeds our customers’ expectations and builds a long-term rapport
-Maintain privacy and confidentiality of sensitive customers information
-Perform preventative maintenance checks & services on transport vehicles.
-Work in close coordination with a team of other Cannabis Transporters, dispatchers, and managers
-Supports the teamwork effort in both starts of day and end of day procedures
-Act as a liaison between Marijuana establishment and internal management to continually improve the customer experience
-Appropriately escalate customer conflict or complaint, inspiring long-term patient relationships and loyalty to our brand
-Performs other duties and tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
-Age 21 or above (Required)
-Indoor and transportation (road-based) environments. Requires the ability to stand/sit for prolonged periods of time, and consistent attention to detail for 12 hours per day. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and perform weighing, counting, calculating, and computer processing operations.
-High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
-Valid Driver’s License (Required): Minimum driving history of 3 years
-Clean driving record (Required)
-Must be able to pass a drug screen (Required; THC is not a disqualifier)
-Ability to be flexible with varying work hours to cover all transportation needs
-Excellent verbal communication and human relation skills, with strong attention to detail
-Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
-Knowledge of basic computer skills, point of sale software, and debit terminal
-Must be available to work weekends and applicable holidays
-Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional manner
-Positive attitude and strong work ethic
-Demonstrates high emotional intelligence
-Ability to effectively multi-task
-Must be highly organized and have extreme attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 per hour
