Join a high-energy apparel warehouse team where your skills make a real impact. We’re looking for a Heat Press Operator to be part of a specialized production team bringing custom t-shirts to life. If you’ve worked with machines and have an eye for detail, this role offers a fast-paced environment where precision matters.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate heat press machines to apply graphics, logos, numbers, and text to t-shirts

Review work orders to ensure correct placement, size, and design accuracy

Adjust machine settings for temperature, pressure, and timing based on fabric type

Align garments and transfer materials precisely before pressing

Inspect finished t-shirts to ensure quality and consistency

Maintain equipment and report any technical issues

Keep workstation clean and organized while following safety protocols

Support general production tasks as needed (folding, tagging, packaging)
Qualifications:

Previous experience using heat press equipment or operating machinery required

Familiarity with warehouse or production workflows

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work orders accurately

Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks

Reliable, focused, and able to meet production timelines
