Role Overview
- Own operations across a defined market including scheduling, logistics, and service delivery
- In-person position in Boston, Massachusetts
- Ideal for candidates with 3–5 years of experience in customer service, operations, or healthcare
- Serve as the central coordination hub across facilities and field teams
- Identify and implement process improvements proactively
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling and optimize provider calendars
- Maintain strong relationships with facility partners
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and operational issues proactively
- Track lab cases across specialties
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure readiness
- Ensure timely reporting and documentation
- Continuously improve workflows and systems
Who You Are
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work in-person in Boston
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Independent and proactive problem-solver
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable with Excel, Word, and healthcare systems
- Healthcare experience preferred
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
