In this position, you will deliver personalized skincare treatments and a variety of massage therapies designed to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Responsibilities
- Perform professional skincare services including facials, exfoliations, and skin analysis tailored to individual client needs
- Deliver a range of massage therapies such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments
- Conduct thorough patient assessments by evaluating skin conditions and muscular issues to recommend appropriate treatments
- Maintain clear communication with clients about treatment plans, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions
- Ensure all treatments adhere to safety standards and comply with licensing regulations and medical terminology protocols
- Educate clients on skincare routines, massage benefits, and pain management techniques for ongoing wellness support
- Keep detailed records of client treatments, preferences, and progress while maintaining confidentiality
Requirements
- Valid state licensure as an aesthetician or massage therapist with active certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
- Proven experience in massage therapy including Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, sports massage, trigger point therapy, and prenatal massage
- Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy relevant to skin health and musculoskeletal systems
- Experience with patient assessment techniques and pain management strategies
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to skin care and therapeutic massage practices
- Previous med spa or occupational health experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
SALARY AND COMMISION WILL BE DISCUSSED WITH CANDIDATE WITH EXPERIENCE LEVEL.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
