Ragstock is a private family owned apparel company headquartered in Northeast Minneapolis. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to work in our e-commerce warehouse. This role's primary job duties include:
- E-Commerce Order Fulfillment: Pack and ship new website orders and ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and in a timely manner. Process returns and exchanges.
- E-Commerce Customer Service: Respond to customer emails regarding website orders and other inquiries.
Other responsibilities may include:
- Photograph Vintage Items: Photographing one-of-a-kind vintage clothing items (flat-layed). Entering product details into our app. Editing product photos for use on the website. Determining price of each items based on quality, condition, and rarity.
- Photograph New Items: Photographing 'new' clothing items. Similar process to the above, but these are newly manufactured products, not vintage. The price, product details, etc are all preset, and there is more emphasis on taking detailed, appealing product photos.
- Product Management: Using Shopify to draft, categorize, and publish both vintage and new products on our website.
- Miscellaneous Warehouse Tasks: While this position is primarily focused on processing and shipping orders, we are a small team and you may sometimes help out with other duties including managing physical inventory and preparing vintage clothing to be photographed.
Candidates with strong customer service skills and the ability to multi-task and work well in a team environment will be a good fit for this role.
