Avian/exotic veterinary clinic in Mt. Pleasant is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and hard-working animal lover to maintain our boarding facility and provide support for the day-to-day function of the practice.
Responsibilities of this position are not limited to but include handling and caring for avian and exotic boarders, feeding, cleaning, and maintenance of their ‘home away from home’. Additionally, this role assists the doctors and veterinary technicians with boarder and patient intake and release, treatments, and grooming as needed. We seek a responsible, reliable team player with a desire to learn and take direction in order to perform all job duties effectively and consistently.
Full- and part-time positions available. This position requires limited hours on weekends and holidays. Ideal candidates will live in or near Mt. Pleasant. Full-time benefits include accrued paid time off, 401k eligibility, and staff discount on products and services. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
