⭐ About the Role
RJR Wireless is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Operations & Customer Success Specialist to support device preparation, inventory management, customer onboarding, and ongoing account support for our TagTracker product line. This is an in‑office position in Lusby, MD that involves hands‑on work with devices, shipping, and customer deployment materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory of TagTracker devices and accessories
- Prepare, test, label, and package devices for customer deployment
- Configure customer accounts and activate devices
- Support customer onboarding, training, and launch activities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions and support needs
- Troubleshoot device or platform issues and escalate when needed
- Assist with quotes, invoicing, and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records of device assignments and customer interactions
- Collaborate with leadership to improve operational workflows
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities
- Comfortable with technology, device setup, and web‑based platforms
- Ability to work independently in an in‑office environment
- Experience in operations, logistics, or customer support is helpful
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000 annual salary
- Full‑time W‑2 employment

Pay: $54,465.56 - $60,000.00 per year
