Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate Degree from an Accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.

Current Arizona State License as a Nurse Practitioner.

Board Certification in the area specific to the position being filled.

Current CPR certification.

Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
