Job Description:
A busy Plaintiff’s Personal Injury law firm is seeking a dedicated, full-time Paralegal with strong litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling cases from intake through settlement, trial, and closing, and will play a key role in supporting attorneys throughout all stages of litigation. Korean language proficiency is highly preferred to assist with client communication.
Responsibilities:
- Manage personal injury cases from intake to resolution
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and discovery materials
- Assist with trial preparation and case strategy
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel (including Korean-speaking clients)
- Maintain and organize case files and documentation
- Coordinate calendars, deadlines, and filings
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3–5 recent years of experience in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury law (required)
- Proficiency in litigation procedures from intake through trial and closing
- Fluency in Korean REQUIRED
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with SmartAdvocate case management system preferred
