We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Associate to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their check-in and check-out experiences are seamless and welcoming. Your enthusiasm for hospitality, combined with excellent communication skills, will help create memorable stays for our guests. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures using hotel management software for the Synxis system.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, arrivals, departures, and billing details.
- Enforce hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest security at all times.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in front desk operations preferred.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous for serving diverse guests.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems such as Synxis is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols.
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems.
- Resort or hotel experience is desirable; however, motivated newcomers with a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply.
