Join our dynamic dental team as an Oral Surgeon, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional surgical care to patients of all ages. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in oral and maxillofacial surgery, providing comprehensive treatment plans that enhance oral health and improve patient outcomes. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to perform complex procedures, including dental extractions, implant placements, and AllOnX surgeries, all within a state-of-the-art dental clinic environment. Responsibilities
- Perform advanced oral surgical procedures such as dental extractions, bone grafting, and implant placements, ALLONX, Sinus Lifts, etc. with precision and care
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and diagnostic imaging interpretation using medical imaging tools
- Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental terminology standards
- Ensure strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques are followed during all procedures to guarantee patient safety
- Utilize dental fabrication techniques for prosthodontics when necessary, ensuring optimal fit and function of restorations
- Educate patients on pre- and post-operative care, emphasizing infection prevention, medication instructions, and recovery processes
Experience
- Proven Experience is a plus, but not required. We have a robust training program that can provide all the necessary tools to support a very successful Oran Surgeon
- Familiarity with dental office management software Open Dental
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control practices relevant to oral surgery procedures
- Ability to perform four-handed dentistry efficiently to optimize patient comfort and procedural flow
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards related to patient privacy and medical documentation is essential
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient care, team collaboration, and detailed record keeping
- Willing to receive feedback and implement into the day to day operations.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
