Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Part-Time Personal Assistant to support busy professionals with a variety of administrative and personal tasks. Responsibilities
- Run errands: groceries, dry cleaning, taking cars in for service and detailing
- Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings using tools like Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace.
- Provide executive administrative support, including email management, transcription, proofreading, and document preparation.
- Organize and plan events, meetings, and travel arrangements with attention to detail and timeliness.
- Handle phone etiquette with professionalism across multi-line phone systems and video conferencing software such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including data entry, invoicing, and basic financial record keeping.
- Support office management duties such as filing, front desk responsibilities, managing office supplies, and maintaining organized workspaces.
- Collaborate effectively with C-suite executives and team members to ensure project coordination and task completion meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant with strong administrative background.
- Demonstrated proficiency in productivity software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and office management tools like DocuSign.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong typing skills along with experience in transcription, proofreading, and data entry.
- Technical proficiency in video conferencing software, multi-line phone systems, and calendar management platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service experience.
- Prior experience in bookkeeping or QuickBooks is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
Pay: $27.00 per hour
