Quality Control Manager Benefits & Compensation:

- Full-time, exempt position
- Monday through Thursday schedule: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Friday schedule: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Quality Control Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience within manufacturing
- At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Experience with inspection methods, quality testing, and precision measurement equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze quality data and present findings to leadership
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
Must Haves:
- Proven experience leading quality teams in a manufacturing environment
- Experience developing and maintaining quality procedures and documentation
- Strong knowledge of incoming, in-process, and final product inspections
- Experience implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality
- Ability to partner with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues
- Experience maintaining quality records and supporting regulatory compliance
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead all quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the manufacturing operation
- Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System
- Oversee incoming material inspections, in-process inspections, and final product inspections
- Develop inspection plans, sampling procedures, and quality standards
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of inspection and testing equipment
- Monitor quality metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Coach, mentor, and develop Quality Control personnel
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve manufacturing performance
- Promote a culture focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
Quality Control Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Background working with supplier quality programs
- Experience auditing manufacturing processes and quality systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive operational improvements
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
