Office hours- Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00pm
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our growing private dental practice.
Our office provides personalized, patient-centered, comprehensive dental care with a mission to transform the dental experience by reducing fear and building trust through compassion and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform high-quality hygiene services, including prophylaxis, periodontal therapy and radiographs.
· Conduct comprehensive assessments and accurately chart periodontal findings.
· Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care techniques and the importance of preventive care.
· Review medical histories and collaborate with the dentist on treatment recommendations.
· Build trust with patients through communication and customer service.
· Maintain sterilization, infection control standards and operatory cleanliness.
· Schedule and manage recare appointments to support practice productivity.
· Support smooth patient flow and communicate clearly with team members.
· Enter clinical notes and assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.
· Qualifications
· Active state Dental Hygiene license required, New Grads are welcome.
· Local anesthesia certification required.
· Strong communication and education skills.
· Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
· Willingness to help in other areas of the practice when necessary.
