Front Desk Agent – Afternoon Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

The Best Western Mountain View Inn, conveniently located off Exit 261 on I-15 in Springville, is currently looking to add reliable and friendly Front Desk Agents to our team. We are specifically hiring for the Morning and afternoon shifts.
About Our Hotel
Our hotel welcomes travelers from all over thanks to our convenient location just off the freeway. As a 55-room property, we focus on providing a comfortable experience through spacious rooms, excellent housekeeping, quality breakfast service, and a welcoming team. Our goal is to make every guest feel comfortable and well taken care of during their stay.
Job Responsibilities
Front Desk Agents play an important role in creating a positive guest experience. Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests and assisting with the check-in and check-out process
- Answering guest questions and addressing concerns in a professional manner
- Managing phone calls and assisting with new reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Using the hotel reservation system to update guest information
- Delivering items to guest rooms when needed (such as towels, blankets, etc.)
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
- Providing friendly, professional customer service at all times

- Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $11.00 per hour
