We are seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to provide support to adults throughout the Bronx. This position combines community visits and phone-based support to help individuals stay connected to services, achieve personal goals, and improve their quality of life.
Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Paid training is provided.
What You'll Do
- Meet with individuals in the community and at designated locations
- Conduct phone check-ins and follow-up calls
- Provide encouragement, support, and resource information
- Help individuals work toward personal goals
- Build positive relationships with participants
- Complete brief notes after visits and calls
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English
- Ability to communicate in Spanish is highly preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable and professional
- Comfortable working independently
- Ability to travel throughout the Bronx
