We are seeking reliable owner-operators to complete field service assignments at residential and commercial properties. This is an independent contractor (1099) position using your own insured vehicle.
Compensation
- Paid per completed assignment (not hourly).
- Assignment rates typically range from $50–$200, depending on the project scope, location, and client requirements.
- Please note: Indeed requires an hourly pay field, but this position is compensated per completed assignment.

Responsibilities:
- Travel to assigned residential and commercial properties.
- Attempt to gain interior access when required.
- Complete inspection forms accurately.
- Post notices on doors when access is not granted.
- Take clear, horizontal, date- and timestamped photos of the property, address, postings, and inspection items.
- Upload photos and completed forms to dispatch.
- Follow detailed client instructions for each assignment.
Requirements:
- Reliable car or SUV and a valid driver's license.
- Proof of auto insurance.
- Ability to coordinate with dispatch.
- Smartphone with a camera capable of taking date- and timestamped photos.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to follow written instructions and submit accurate documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
- Comfortable working independently and driving to multiple locations.
Pay: $50.00 - $200.00 per hour
