Responsibilities for the Human Resources Coordinator include:
- Support employees by answering questions related to benefits, time off, and HR policies.
- Assist with recruiting by posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, and managing pre-employment paperwork.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and benefits enrollment while supporting offboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and HRIS information with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process I-9 documentation and E-Verify while ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
- Assist with workers' compensation administration, unemployment responses, employee communications, and HR projects.
