Monday to Friday 11am-7pm shift with NO call and No Weekends!
Duties
- Operate MRI scanners with precision to acquire high-quality images for diagnostic evaluation, ensuring adherence to equipment safety procedures.
- Assist with vascular access procedures and IV insertions, maintaining aseptic technique to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Conduct patient positioning, explain procedures clearly, and monitor patients throughout imaging sessions to promote safety and reduce anxiety.
- Maintain detailed documentation of imaging procedures, including image quality notes and patient information, using Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS).
- Follow all radiation safety regulations and equipment safety protocols diligently to protect patients and staff alike.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals for diagnostic interpretation and ensure optimal image acquisition aligned with clinical needs.
Experience
- Proven experience operating MRI scanners in a clinical setting, with a strong understanding of medical imaging principles.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to diagnostic radiology.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent is required; additional certifications in MRI safety or radiologic technology are preferred.
- Familiarity with PACS systems for image storage and retrieval; understanding of diagnostic evaluation processes is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient care, safety regulations, and maintaining aseptic techniques during procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail during complex imaging tasks.

Pay: $1,600.00 - $1,840.00 per week
