McGraw Ford is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Body Shop Receptionist to join our growing Collision Center team. As the first person our customers interact with, you'll play a critical role in creating a world-class experience from the moment they walk through the door or call our dealership.

- Greet every customer with a warm, professional attitude.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Schedule body shop estimates and repair appointments.
- Communicate with insurance companies and customers regarding repair status.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
- Maintain customer files and assist with document processing.
- Collect payments and process transactions accurately.
- Coordinate rental vehicle paperwork when applicable.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist the Body Shop Manager and Estimators with administrative tasks.
- Follow up with customers after repairs to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Help maintain our reputation for exceptional customer service.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office experience preferred).
- Ability to learn dealership management software.
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person.
