Duties

Requirements
- Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide within healthcare or hospitality settings
- Strong background in food industry roles such as restaurant or fine dining experience
- Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and food safety standards
- Skilled in cooking techniques, food handling, and kitchen operations with excellent knife skills
- Experience with food service, catering, and serving in fast-paced environments
