We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sizer Operator with Spectrum experience to join our team on the PM shift. Duties
- Operate sizing equipment to measure and cut materials according to product specifications with precision and consistency
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of finished products, identifying any defects or inconsistencies
- Use sewing machines and sewing techniques to assemble or repair items as needed
- Handle materials carefully, utilizing forklifts or pallet jacks to move inventory within the warehouse safely
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including sewing machines and machining tools, to ensure optimal performance
- Support manufacturing processes by assisting with screen printing, packaging, and materials handling tasks
- Follow lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste, improve workflow, and enhance productivity
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, inspections, and equipment maintenance
Experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing or a related industrial environment preferred
- Spectrum experience preferred
- Knowledge of quality inspection procedures and standards
- Hands-on experience operating sewing machines and familiarity with sewing techniques
- Mechanical knowledge related to machinery setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Warehouse experience including materials handling with forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus
- Basic understanding of machining processes and screen printing methods beneficial
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices to promote efficiency and waste reduction

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
