Stairluxe is a specialized Company focused on attic ladder solutions for residential and commercial clients. We are looking for a driven, results-proven Field Sales Specialist who doesn't just meet targets- they exceed them. If you walk into a room and walk out with a deal, this role is for you.
What You Will Do
- Develop and manage a territory of contractors, builders, remodelers, and homeowners across the Chicago metro area
- Generate new business through proactive prospecting, site visits, and relationship building
- Present and demonstrate our attic ladder product line to clients and decision-makers
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, developers, and construction companies
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide accurate reporting and pipeline updates
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of proven field sales experience with documented results
- Background in building materials, construction products, or home improvement strongly preferred
- A self-starter with a hunter mentality you generate your own leads and close your own deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Chicago area
- CRM experience is a plus
