1099 Contract – Part-Time or Full-Time
Associate or Fully Licensed (LCSW-A/LCSW, LCMHC-A/LCMHC)

Ideal Candidates Will:
- Be passionate about school-based work and youth mental health
- Hold a North Carolina associate or full license
- Be comfortable working independently and ethically with team support
- Have reliable transportation for in-person sessions (as applicable)
- Have strong clinical communication skills, including documentation and collaboration
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills with youth, families, and teams
- Have experience or a strong interest in working with families as part of treatment
Responsibilities
- Provide ethical individual therapy sessions to children and families, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including social workers and educators, to support clients' needs.
- Engage in crisis intervention and management as necessary, ensuring a safe environment for all clients.
