Duties
- Assist with daily work orders, as well as the setup and breakdown of events
- Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, ensuring proper techniques to prevent injury
- Follow strict safety standards in the operation areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces to promote safety and efficiency
- Support quality control by inspecting the setup of events and ensuring they are set to floor plan.
- Operate basic tools and equipment, demonstrating mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues
- The ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time is essential
- Must be able to comfortably lift/move 50lbs
Experience
- Prior experience in furniture moving or operations is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Basic ability to understand/remember directions
- Understanding of safety standards in operation settings, including PPE use and heavy lifting techniques
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently and safely over extended periods
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to teamwork and safety compliance
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
