Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Build lasting client relationships through excellent customer service, follow-up, and personalized communication
- Promote upselling opportunities by identifying additional products or services that meet customer needs
- Manage route driving responsibilities to deliver products efficiently while adhering to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safety standards
- Conduct merchandising activities in retail stores or transportation hubs to ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked
- Utilize basic math skills to calculate pricing, discounts, and profit margins accurately during transactions
- Follow safe lifting practices when handling heavy merchandise or automobile transportation equipment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or related roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and team members
- Knowledge of pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and client relationship building methods
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for calculating prices, discounts, and other financial figures accurately

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
