We focus on personal injury and commercial litigation and are looking for a reliable team player ready to make an impact.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with current and potential clients.
- Prepare, organize, and file documents and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research.
- Update and maintain internal databases.
- Prepare witness and other materials for case preparation.
- Organize relevant documents for attorney review and case preparation.
- Prepare for, and attend, depositions.
- Prepare and organize exhibits during depositions.
- Prepare and file all court documents.
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of documents.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar.
- Handle various other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) required
- Litigation support experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish & English)
- Familiarity with Personal Injury Law
- Attention to detail is an absolute must***
- Excellent attitude, personable and able to interact with clients
- Reliable and punctual***
- Ability to work/think independently and not wait for instructions
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Tech Savvy - Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite
