About the Role
Polkadog is looking for a Store Lead in our Canton store to help run daily operations. This is a key holder / shift lead role—perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, stocking, merchandising, and keeping a store running smoothly.
If you’ve been a Sales Associate, Key Holder, Shift Lead, Retail Lead, or Supervisor, this job will feel familiar.
What You’ll Do
- Open/close the store as a key holder
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
- Keep shelves stocked and the store looking great
- Lead the floor during shifts and support team members
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating staff
- Receive deliveries, restock inventory, and maintain organization
- Run the register and handle cash accurately
- Communicate store needs to leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Retail or customer service experience (key holder/lead preferred)
- Reliable, proactive, positive attitude
- Strong communication + people skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Comfortable guiding teammates during shifts
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs (dog food, boxes, etc.)
Schedule
- Full-time (5 days per week)
