NOW HIRING: Asphalt Laborer
Compensation: $18-$22 (Based on experience)
Join our dynamic team as an Asphalt Laborer at M&M Construction Inc. This role requires a hardworking individual who can assist with various tasks at our asphalt construction sites. All applicants must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in the preparation of construction sites, setting up barricades and cones.
- Shovel, rake, and spread asphalt efficiently and evenly.
- Operate tamping machines or manually tamp surfaces to compact earth fills, foundation forms, and finished road materials.
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Follow all health and safety regulations on the construction site.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in asphalt paving or construction work preferred.
- Strong work ethic and physical stamina.
- Good communication skills and teamwork.
