What You’ll Do:
- Drive our 1-800-GOT-JUNK? trucks (23+ with approved MVR and our insurance approval, we provide full training)
- Interact with customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Quote and close sales on-site using our pricing system
- Lift and remove unwanted items safely and efficiently (75+ lbs)
- Communicate with dispatch to stay on schedule and ensure smooth routes
What We’re Looking For:
- 23+ with a valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record for the past 3 years (for insurance purposes)
- Confident communicator who can connect with people and sell value
- Reliable, goal-oriented, and a true team player
- Physically fit and ready for a fast-paced, hands-on job
- Working smartphone that can download multiple apps
- Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience an asset (but not required)
- Must be able to lift and move 75+ lbs repeatedly
- Saturday & Sunday availability required
