Landscape Division | Full-Time | Field + Office
We're a large snow and landscape company looking for an experienced Enhancement Foreman to lead our landscape enhancement crews in the field. You'll be the go-to person on-site managing daily operations, keeping work on schedule and on budget, and making sure every commercial property we touch looks its best. Lead and supervise enhancement crews on commercial properties
Plan and prioritize daily work schedules, assign tasks, and keep jobs on track
Ensure quality standards are met on all enhancement work including planting, mulching, pruning, and seasonal color installs
Communicate job progress, issues, and crew needs to operations management
Maintain accurate job notes, time logs, and basic reporting using company software or apps
Conduct site walkthroughs and inspections to ensure client satisfaction
Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and safety practices
Operate vehicles and equipment requiring a Class 2A license
Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients on-site
2+ years of experience in landscape enhancement or a related field
Prior supervisory or crew lead experience strongly preferred
Valid 2A (Hoisting) license, or ability and willingness to obtain one
Basic computer skills comfortable using a smartphone, email, and simple scheduling or time-tracking apps
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to read and follow enhancement plans and plant specifications
Knowledge of plant material, hardscape installation, and seasonal enhancement practices
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
Snow removal experience a strong plus, as we are a large snow and landscape company operating across commercial accounts
Experience with irrigation systems or basic troubleshooting
Familiarity with landscape estimating or job costing
Tree work experience (pruning, removals, or related climbing/ground work)
Catch basin installation or maintenance experience
Knowledge of asphalt or concrete work
