We sell high-value life and health policies over the phone and virtually — modern tools, modern process.
We're hiring two kinds of people:
Future closers (no license, no experience): You've never sold insurance? Good — nothing to unlearn. If you're competitive, coachable, and hungry, we'll build you. We pay for your entire pre-licensing program and reimburse your exam fees when you contract with us. Most people are licensed and taking their first commission check within weeks.
Proven closers (licensed): Bring your license and your work ethic. You'll plug into 25+ carriers, company-provided leads your first 30 days, and a floor full of people trying to beat you to the top of the board. Skip the runway, start closing.
A day in the life:
- Dial warm leads — no cold door-to-door, ever
- Run virtual and phone appointments; present solutions; close
- Compete: daily numbers, team contests, public wins
- Train with producers who are actually producing, in the room with you

- Leads provided your first 30 days; subsidized lead programs and fresh lead marketing channels after

Compensation: This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is commission-only. The posted range of $75,000–$120,000 reflects typical first year annual earnings for agents in this role; individual results vary based on production. Product sold: life and health insurance policies from our contracted carriers.
Requirements:
- 18 years or older; authorized to work in the United States
- Active life insurance license, OR ability to obtain a Texas Life & Health license (we cover the cost)
- Able to commute to 1201 Main St, Dallas, TX
- Competitive drive and coachability — non-negotiable
