The Office Clerk performs general office duties.
- Responsible for accurate and timely filing, retrieval, tracking, scanning and maintenance of Cash Posting files
- Sort, research, and note return mail in the system
- Ability to utilize computerized systems for scanning process
- Administer proper guidelines to arrange high volumes attorney letters, bankruptcy letters, correspondence, and other indexed documents according to specific guidelines
- Gathering and indexing materials to be filed from department and employees
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Adhere to the Service Excellence Standards and Expectations at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center
- Exhibit excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers
- Exhibit courteous communication skills and an ability to work with others, exercising good judgment in performance of job duties
