We're hiring CDL-A drivers - recent graduates, trainees, experienced and teams - for a regional refrigerated account running out of the Dallas, TX area. This account runs steady reefer freight across TX-IL-TN-PA-OH-GA-IN with a sliding mileage pay scale that increases with experience.

Pay
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,400 - $1,600
- Estimated Annual Income: $73,000-$84,000
- Weekly Mileage: 1,800 - 2,000 miles
- Stop Pay: $25.00
- Unload Pay: $25.00 for 1st extra stop
- Driver Performance Bonus available
- Paid orientation and Training
Schedule & Home Time
- Home time depends on freight and route - typically once a week, every two weeks, or every 7–10 days depending on domicile, with options to discuss
- Home weekly with 34-hour restarts
- Both day and night shifts available
- Weekend availability required
- Holiday work expected unless requested off
The Route
- Lanes across Texas, Illinois, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Georgia, and Indiana
- Live load and live unload, plus drop-and-hook freight
- Refrigerated (reefer) trailers

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Safe driving record
- Recent CDL school graduates are Needed
- Experienced CDL-A drivers are encouraged to apply
