Overview
We are a fast-paced Third-Party Logistics (3PL) warehouse seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service while supporting daily warehouse operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for our partners
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
- Communicate order updates, resolve customer concerns, and provide excellent service
- Use computer systems and software to manage customer information and order status
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records and documentation,
- Perform other administrative or warehouse support duties as assigned
- Assist with picking, packing, and preparing shipments as needed
Requirements:
✔ Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
✔ Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
✔ Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
✔ Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
✔ Previous customer service or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
Pay & Benefits:
Starting Rate: $16.00 per hour
After Training: $17.00 per hour
Insurance Benefits: Health, Vision, and Dental insurance available after 90 days.
Paid Holidays Off: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Paid Time Off:
- 1 Year of Service: 40 hours of paid vacation
- 2 Years of Service: 80 hours of paid vacation
Sick Pay: 20 hours after 1 year of service
Paid Lunch Break: Full-time employees receive a 30-minute paid lunch (12:00 PM - 12:30 PM, Monday-Friday).
Work Hours: Overtime may be available but is not common.
