PPL Staffing is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician for a premier client in Jackson, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and delivering quality service in both residential and commercial environments.
This is a direct hire position.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal inspections
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Communicate with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
- Work independently and collaborate with team members on larger projects
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of residential and commercial HVAC experience
- EPA 608 Certification required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and industry practices
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- NATE Certification or other industry credentials
- Commercial refrigeration experience
- Experience with building automation or smart HVAC systems
