We're looking for a experienced, friendly, Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! Our Front Desk Receptionists are vital members of our team who will help us maintain our high standard of patient care. An ideal candidate has experience in a front desk receptionist position, is an effective communicator and a self starter who can work independently. Epic experience is a huge plus! We are seeking individuals with this background and personality to join our professional team!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and register patients
- Verify identity, demographics and coverage
- Secure referrals and prior authorizations
- Manage incoming calls
- Schedule appointments
- Collect payments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
