Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior CPA to oversee and manage the financial operations of three affiliated companies. This position will play a key leadership role in financial strategy, reporting, compliance, and overall fiscal management. The ideal candidate will bring extensive accounting expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in a multi-company environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting and financial operations for three related companies
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage general ledger, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax professionals, and financial institutions
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and internal controls
- Provide financial insight and strategic recommendations to ownership
- Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions as needed
Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
- 15–20 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong background in financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls
- Experience overseeing accounting operations for multiple entities preferred
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
