What You’ll Do:
- Conduct initial evaluations, re-evaluations, and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide 1:1 therapy sessions for children ages 2–12
- Address fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, handwriting, and play skills
- Supervise and mentor COTAs to ensure quality of care
- Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress
- Maintain accurate documentation for insurance and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active OTR/L license in Florida
- Pediatric experience preferred—but open to enthusiastic new grads!
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and time management skills
- A fun-loving, adaptable personality ready to embrace a busy clinic environment
