Position Overview:
We’re looking for an outgoing Dental Assistant who’s confident in their craft, motivated to grow, who brings positive energy and enthusiasm to our patients and team! The ideal candidate will be bubbly, responsible, and passionate about creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our patients. If you have a vibrant personality, excellent communication skills, and enjoy making people smile, we’d love to have you join our team and help us deliver exceptional dental care with a cheerful attitude!
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
- Assist the dentist during examinations, procedures, and treatments
- Take and develop dental X-rays accurately and safely
- Manage patient records, appointments, and billing processes
- Provide patient education and post-treatment care instructions
- Ensure patient comfort and address any concerns during visits
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile work environment
- Adhere to all health, safety, and infection control protocols
- Support administrative tasks such as inventory management and supply ordering
What We’re Looking For:
- Radiology and CPR certifications (required)
- 2+ year of assisting experience in a high volume office preferred
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Outgoing, Friendly and compassionate with excellent communication skills
