· Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is capable of managing a case of clients.
- Anyone pursuing a career in Behavior Analysis is encouraged to apply. Supervision is available for all applicants seeking to accumulate hours.
· Applicants will be responsible for the assessment, creation, management, and implementation of treatment plans.
· This includes conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
· The Behavior Analyst will also need to provide care giver training to parents/staff and conduct fidelity checks.
· Additional duties as assigned.
· Experience training staff as well as parents is preferred.
· Professional certification and licensure is required. Or be ready to accumulate hours for supervision.

· Individuals waiting to take the BACB Exam are welcome to apply as well. No need to supervise RBTs as you will be doing direct implementation of your plans.
· This position is paid hourly as contract work ($45-$60) and the Behavior Analyst will have the flexibility to create their own schedule. Commuting to multiple locations daily is required.
- Listed hourly contract rate is for BCBAs only. All others will be hired at a lower rate as employees.
Work Remotely, most of what we do can be done via Telehealth. However, face to face sessions are preferred
