Position Summary:
Responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the store in the absence of the Customer Care Retail Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Assists in the recruitment, hiring and scheduling of store personnel
- Assists in inventory for the store and assists with the ordering of inventory for store
- Assists in the preparation of daily bank deposits
- Assists in keeping store clean and in an orderly manner
- Ensures all phone messages are returned in a timely manner
- Help with the merchandising of store
- Assist customers with water testing
- Assist customers with chemical and other pool accessory needs
- Ensures all customer information is up-to-date
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Previous retail experience required, previous pool experience preferred, but not required
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong organizational skills along with excellent oral and written communication ability
