Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take beverage orders accurately using Toast POS system, and process transactions efficiently
- Serve a variety of cocktails, drinks, and beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Upsell menu items and drink specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and sanitation protocols
- Assist with side work, bussing tables, and supporting bar staff when needed to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, nightclub, or hospitality environments
- Familiarity with Toast POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
- Knowledge of alcohol safety standards, RAMP certificate required
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and upselling transactions accurately
- Must be 21 years or older
