8-10+ years' experience with Oracle Cloud Financials implementations;
Bachelor's degree or higher;
Thorough understanding of operational financial controls and accounting processes as well as deep functional knowledge of the Oracle Cloud ERP Financial modules (GL, AR, AP, LA, EX, FA, CM, PPM, and AHCS);
Experience participating in Oracle ERP Cloud implementations as a Functional Consultant (5+ implementations minimum);
Expert knowledge in financial system integration and overall ERP development, testing and support;
Experience in facilitating and Business Process Workshops, Proof of Concept sessions, Conference Room Pilots, System Integrated Testing, UAT test case development and oversight;
Experience gathering requirements, designing, and implementing General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Lease Accounting, Expenses, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Projects Portfolio Management, and Accounting Hub;
Experience working with ERP to mature financial processes and reporting;
Experience with testing and training, specifically for helping the finance and accounting functions adopt newly defined procedures;
Superior written, spoken and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate with senior and executive stakeholders and influence outcomes.
