Job Title: Lead Process Technician 2nd Shift
Location: Chesterfield, MI 23 Mile Road
Pay: $25 $29 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday Friday | 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Lead Process Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in injection molding, leadership experience, and the ability to maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, start up, and troubleshoot injection molding machines
Pull and set tools as required for production
Lead and manage a small team of 2 3 employees
Ensure consistent product quality and production efficiency
Cover other shifts as needed during vacations or absences
Maintain accurate inventory and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) processes
Operate and troubleshoot Fanuc robots
Complete basic computer tasks and production reporting
Promote a safe and organized work environment
Qualifications
Proven experience in injection molding processing
Experience with Fanuc robots preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent attendance and reliability
Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail
Basic computer and inventory management skills
