We're launching a brand-new, state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center in Glendale, Arizona, and we're looking for experienced surgical technologists to join our team. This de-novo, four-operating-room ASC specializes in orthopedics (including total joint replacement), spine, and pain management, offering an excellent opportunity to expand your skills while working alongside highly respected surgeons.

Responsibilities include:
- Prepare operating rooms, instruments, equipment, and surgical supplies for scheduled procedures
- Scrub and assist surgeons during orthopedic, spine, pain management, and total joint procedures
- Maintain sterile technique and support infection prevention standards
- Assist with room turnover to maximize efficiency and on-time case starts
- Prepare cases and pull supplies for the following day's schedule
- Maintain inventory and ensure operating rooms, sterile supply, and sub-sterile areas remain fully stocked
- Inspect, clean, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment according to manufacturer recommendations and facility policies
- Review and update surgeon preference cards as needed
- Support cost-effective use of supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and team members to deliver exceptional patient care
- Demonstrate strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills while maintaining a positive, team-focused attitude
Qualifications
Required
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program or military surgical technologist training
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of Surgical Technologist experience
- Experience in orthopedic surgery, spine surgery, and total joint replacement
Preferred:
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
- Previous Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) experience
Pay: $28.00 - $42.00 per hour
