At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Logistics Team Lead to work with a leading manufacturing company in New Albany. This role supports shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement efforts while ensuring all orders are processed accurately and on time.
Shift patterns:
- Second shift, Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm

Role for Logistics Team Lead:
- Ensure accurate finished goods inventory and resolve discrepancies.
- Process shipments in customer systems and ERP with 100% accuracy.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and pickup.
- Coordinate daily activities within the logistics department in partnership with the supervisor.
- Serve as a key point of contact for training, system use, and operational support.
- Reinforce adherence to standard work and company procedures across the team.
