Position Overview
The UPS Store is looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Center Associate to join our team. This role is all about delivering outstanding customer service while assisting with shipping, printing, and a variety of business services. What You’ll Do
- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and phone customers
- Process shipments and assist customers with packaging solutions
- Operate store equipment including copiers, fax machines, laminators, and POS systems
- Coordinate, process, and review print jobs with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Learn and apply store procedures, products, and services quickly
- Support upselling and cross-selling of store offerings
- Complete required training programs and follow company guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- 1+ year of customer service or retail experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, phone)
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office; Adobe Suite a plus
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Professional appearance with a positive, helpful attitude
- Dependable with strong attendance record
- Able to lift 40 pounds unassisted
