We are a private Yacht Club aiming to provide the best food and dining experience for our members.
*Overview*
We are seeking a skilled Chef De Partie to join our team. Experience is required and there is room to grow and advance from starting salary. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, Management skills and experience, good attention to detail, experience working in the food industry, willingness to learn and ability to follow instruction. Must be available to work evenings and weekends. Chef De Partie answers to the Executive and Sous Chefs.
We are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Work week is Wednesday-Sunday.
Pay is negotiable based on experience and ability.

-Must have reliable transportation
-Must have working cell phone/reliable means of communication
*Responsibilities*
-Team and station management and coordination
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace
*Experience*
- Previous experience in a similar role is required
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Familiarity with fine dining standards is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
