DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Demonstrate support for the school system and its vision, goals, and priorities
· Provide a rigorous curriculum that aligns with the Alabama Department of Education (ALSDE) and Career & Technical Education (CTE) Course of Study
· Sponsors a Career Technical Education Student Organization (CTSO) and participates in at least one program-related competition per year
· Adheres to school system rules, administrative procedures, local board policies, and state and federal rules and regulations
· Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, parents, school and agency counselors, and related service providers in the overall educational plan for students enrolled in the education setting
· Assist in the development and implementation of the individual education service and transition plan for students enrolled in the education setting
· Engages in professional growth & demonstrate professional ethics & leadership
· Use current technology for instruction and management purposes
· Ability to compile and analyze data, and interpret the laws, policies, and regulations pertaining to the work
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Effective oral and written communication
· Perform other duties as assigned.
